• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee specific results from our services
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

9. Termination

9.1 By Either Party

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

9.2 Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services' quality, reliability, or suitability for your purposes. We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outreach Sales LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or government actions.

13. Governing Law
